icommunicate is proudly owned by Caytlin Weir. Caytlin is a social worker who uses her lived experience of disability to mentor and support others to make the most out of their NDIS packages and individualised supports.
She is passionate and believes everyone has a right to communicate in the way that they choose.

After years of personal and professional experience, Caytlin feels that training your own support workers in an individualised and unique way is the key to living life how you want.

She uses a human rights approach (particularly self-determination) to support other people with disability to ensure that all of their team have training that is consistent and is exactly what the person wants.
